Challenge, approach, and impact
Fragmented Multichannel Operations
Merchants selling on both Shopify and Amazon faced inefficiencies in handling in-store pickup orders. Manual updates, fragmented processes, and delayed synchronization caused overselling, fulfillment delays, and poor customer experience.
Lack of Real-Time Visibility
Merchants had no immediate view of live orders or updated inventory, leading to slower decision-making and operational bottlenecks.
