I had the privilege of working as a senior software engineer, where I played a crucial role in the modernization team. My mission was to transform the existing platforms into a cutting-edge, technology-driven ecosystem. In this dynamic role, I actively participated in the full lifecycle of the modernization project, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices. I was responsible for architecting and developing key components of the new platform, harnessing the power of Spring Boot for efficient and scalable microservices. I implemented Kafka for real-time data streaming and integrated PostgreSQL for robust data storage and retrieval. To ensure seamless deployment and management, I orchestrated containers using Kubernetes and Docker, streamlining our development and deployment processes.

I worked on in-production platform with more than 1 million customers. I was responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new features, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues. We used a variety of programming languages and technologies, including Java, Javascript, and MySQL.

Infobip is a global leader in omnichannel engagement providing full-stack communications platform-as-a-service. Services include omnichannel communications, contact center, chatbot, customer engagement, and voice solutions. I have been involved in the development, maintenance, deploy and monitoring of backend services for the voice platform. This included the creation of microservices and web APIs using Java Spring Framework. We used load-balancers, Hazelcast, Redis, Docker, RabbitMQ in our platform. In addition, I have been involved to monitor our services using Grafana, Prometheus and Opsgeni tools.

In my first role as a junior software engineer, I worked on an authentication management platform as a full stack developer responsible for implementation a new functionalities on frontend and backend. We used Spring Boot for developing the backend and PostgreSQL as a database for this platform. Also I was responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend using Reactjs.
