Consultancy Marketplace Platform Creation
SoftTeco created a solution for a consultancy marketplace platform that allows easy registration for both consultants and customers. Consultants require admin approval to receive Pro status and offer services. Customers can browse the directory, select providers based on reviews and portfolio, and communicate through an in-app chat with document sharing, call/video call options, and screen sharing. The platform includes an integrated payment system for easy transactions.
Challenge
A private company came to SoftTeco with a request to create a consultancy marketplace. The customer was interested in the creation of a platform for communication between users who seek professional opinions/services and consultants who can provide the services on free or paid basis.
