SoftTeco contributed to the development of an AI-powered chatbot for EIQdigital, focusing on guiding users through the company’s service offerings. The chatbot supports both free-text queries and pre-scripted conversational flows to help prospects quickly access relevant content.
Integration of Contact Form
The chatbot has a unique feature where it can trigger an embedded contact form directly from the chat window, streamlining lead generation for EIQdigital.
UX/UI Design and User Flows Structuring
SoftTeco provided UX/UI design services and structured the user flows for the AI-powered chatbot. The final product was packaged in a design system for implementation.
