Development of Boutiq Shopify Application
The SoftTeco team was tasked with developing the Boutiq Shopify application for video shopping. The application includes three interfaces for store owners, sellers, and shoppers. It enables shoppers to schedule video calls with salespersons, receive assistance in making purchases, and access historical data for personalized offers. Store owners can view analytics, monitor customer engagement, and track seller performance.
Enhancement of Application Features
SoftTeco enhanced the application by adding a great number of features to make it more user-centric and valuable. They designed a mobile version from scratch, improved performance, and optimized the app's logic. Major features like appointment purchase and in-app chat were implemented to enhance customer experience and streamline the shopping process.
Integration with BigQuery Service
To speed up request processing, SoftTeco integrated the application with the BigQuery service. They implemented caching based on the Cube.js framework to optimize performance. This integration allowed for synchronized data access and improved the overall efficiency of the application.
