Odoo Implementation for a Nonprofit Organization in Panama — Lead Odoo Consultant
Functional coordination of the Odoo 17 implementation for a nonprofit organization with nationwide operations. Responsibilities included requirement gathering, internal process analysis, and functional design of custom flows. Native modules were configured and integrated with custom developments, including a collections module connected to Accounting and Memberships. Internal QA tests were conducted, along with functional validation sessions with key users and training workshops. All implemented processes and features were documented. Interactions between modules were defined to support quality control testing. Attended follow-up sessions with the client’s Project Manager.
