Each patient has a profile with basic information, medical reports, and contracted services. The profile includes start and end dates for services, approved times, and a calendar showing service hours needed. Caregiver availability is also reflected in the calendar. Appointments between patients and caregivers generate a record of tasks performed at the client's home, enabling strict monitoring of caregiver's work.

The software generates billing invoices for patients and payment orders for caregivers based on verified and validated hours worked. Caregivers have a session on the platform to check assigned patients, appointments, and receive alerts for upcoming appointments.
