Challenges
Implementing chatbots that accurately understood customer needs and delivered personalized responses. Integrating AI-generated content, such as tire comparison images, into conversations. Improving the natural flow of conversations to achieve a more personal and human connection. Enabling the ability to receive and process audio messages, a channel frequently used by customers. Implementing automated follow-up logic to reactivate customers who left conversations incomplete.
