Challenge, approach, and impact
Mi Jornada Module
A module used by merchants to keep a list of all transactions, generate detailed transaction PDF files, view a summary of daily activities including sales and collections, and request personalized balance letters.
Mi Comercio Module
A module where Tafi associates can define the information to display, manage payment accounts, and add new accounts.
Credit Cancellations Functionality
Development of a specific area within the portal for credit cancellations where requests can be made via WhatsApp or the portal, evaluated internally by Tafi's agents, and options provided for Tafi or the merchant to bear the cancellation expense.
Device Configuration Module
Development of a module to configure multiple devices per merchant by linking single-use codes, enabling merchants to have as many devices as needed for customer service.
Site Improvements and Fixes
Various improvements and fixes implemented throughout the project based on Tafi's requirements, including moving buttons, correcting text, and changing models.
Backend Development
Work on the backend of the commerce portal, focusing on API development, error correction, component development (reports and services), new integrations, and the development of reports for daily sales, balance letters, and credit cancellation letters.
