Maintained and developed SaaS for Dutch lawyers (invoicing, court cases, document management, lawyer payroll, and taxes). Migrated codebase to Python 3, helped design API for mobile app, wrote data import scripts, integrated 3rd party accounting service, improved test suite, etc. Also, I built REST API for the employee engagement platform. Provided database optimizations, and took part in the architecture design process and implementation of the backend.

Started as a junior engineer. Learned Django, system administration, JavaScript, and frontend. Daily tasks included minor frontend improvements and bug-fixing backend. Later, I was responsible for an offloading lead developer by creating utility tools for the BTC exchange platform, for example: throttling of incoming buy/sell offers, validation of users, payment processor integration, reporting tool, performance optimization, and 2FA authorization.
