Loyalty Integration Roadblocks
Emaar's diverse business units had individual loyalty schemes, challenging cross-business integration. These programs couldn’t efficiently drive the core property business, constituting 75-80% of the group. Additionally, the interchangeability of reward points across services was lacking.
Aspiring Digital Transformation
Seeking a foray into the blockchain industry, Emaar envisaged a digital asset serving a unified referral and loyalty system, offering seamless transactions complemented by enticing rewards. This digital asset is needed to encapsulate loyalty, payment providers and be adaptable across several ecosystem services.
