About
The client wanted to develop a white-label LMS for radiology departments worldwide. The LMS needed to support code extensions, adhere to the MIT license, and integrate their current web app. It also had to handle up to 5,000 users per department with 500 concurrent users and allow unlimited content storage.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Challenges
- The existing LMS faced challenges in defining user data analytics requirements, hindering the development of personalized learning experiences. - Inefficient content management processes contribute to delays and increased workload, necessitating a streamlined workflow for daily updates. - The absence of a clear client onboarding process may lead to dissatisfaction and delays in implementation, highlighting the need for a comprehensive onboarding guide.
