Schneider Electric, a European multinational specializing in energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability, developed an MVP for comprehensive customer master data management using RELTIO’s MDM solution. Intended as an internal customer relationship tool, this product is designed to support Schneider Electric’s customer care and sales teams.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Challenges
Migrated from SDH MDM to Reltio MDM to enhance BFO (Schneider’s Salesforce), Schneider’s primary Customer Relationship Tool. BFO handles 4 million+ accounts and integrates with 40 other systems, resulting in data duplication and dysfunction issues. Project was crucial to improve the interconnected systems’ performance.
