Through our partnership with The Beard Club, we enhanced their ecommerce by improving subscriptions, user flow, and engagement. We delivered a seamless grooming experience. Going forward, we’ll focus on optimizing their journey, launching new features, and keeping the platform a leader in men’s grooming.

Challenge, approach, and impact

Outdated subscription management system that limited flexibility for users.

The platform lacked key features that would allow users to easily manage and personalize their subscription preferences - such as opting in or out of specific content, choosing communication frequency, or adjusting delivery channels. This limitation negatively impacted user satisfaction, engagement, and overall retention.

Inefficient user journey causing friction during browsing and checkout.

The website's user experience was clunky and confusing, which unfortunately caused a lot of people to leave before completing a purchase. We saw a noticeable dip in our conversion rate, especially at those critical points where customers were ready to buy. We need to make the site feel more natural and intuitive to navigate so users don't get frustrated and bounce.

Need for a modern, visually engaging platform to strengthen brand loyalty.

The current design simply didn't capture the true essence of brand's unique personality or the high quality we stand for. It felt like a missed opportunity to connect with the audience on an emotional level, ultimately eroding customer trust and making it harder for people to truly feel a part of what we're building. A new design was essential. It was important to have a fresh look that would represent the brand accurately and forge a genuine connection with its audience.
