Challenge, approach, and impact
Limited Content and Crawl Inefficiency
TrimRx’s site had fewer than 30 live URLs, mostly product pages and a brief FAQ. Googlebot wasted about 40% of crawl budget on irrelevant tag archives and pagination loops. The content was thin, averaging only 300 words per page, with some pages under 150 words, leading to poor SEO visibility and high bounce rates. These factors limited organic reach and hindered user engagement, requiring a complete content and technical overhaul to improve search engine performance.
Authority and Trust Deficit
The site lacked author bios, medical reviewers, and citations to peer-reviewed research, undermining credibility in Google’s strict Y-M-Y-L (Your Money or Your Life) category. Without clear evidence of expertise, authority, and trustworthiness, TrimRx struggled to rank well in search results and gain user confidence. Overcoming this trust deficit was crucial to meet E-E-A-T standards and achieve sustainable SEO growth in a competitive health market.
Conversion Friction and Low Engagement
TrimRx’s static and generic “Book Appointment” call-to-action was buried below the fold, resulting in high bounce rates (87%) and lost opportunities. The site lacked interactive elements or qualification tools, causing visitors to leave before booking tele-consultations. Improving conversion flow and engaging users early in their journey was essential to increase appointment bookings and support revenue growth.
