Background
The client approached us with a powerful idea: build a solution that addresses rising workplace challenges such as quiet quitting, burnout, and ineffective onboarding. They noticed that many companies struggle to provide meaningful employee support beyond traditional HR tools. Meanwhile, individuals seek a sense of belonging, mentorship, and guidance—something current systems rarely deliver at scale.
