Background
The client reached out to OTAKOYI because their system, which had been in development for over a year and a half, wasn’t working as expected. The AI/DS component was not providing accurate details from patient records, and data extraction contained many errors. The solution they needed was a complete overhaul, and that’s where our team stepped in to provide the expertise and improvements required.
