We teamed up with Workwide Group, a multilingual recruitment agency, to support and scale their digital platform. Starting with a custom admin panel for 5 sites, the project grew to 9 websites with ongoing redesign, performance improvements, new features, and integrations. We implemented a multi-tenant system and managed infrastructure on AWS, providing continuous development and support.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Fragmented Website Management
Each website was managed separately, making updates and maintenance time-consuming and inconsistent.
Lack of Centralized Admin Panel
There was no unified system to manage jobs, candidates, and employer data across all sites.
No Multi-Tenant Architecture
Managing multiple domains required separate setups, increasing complexity and operational overhead.
Integration Gaps
The platform lacked critical integrations with external services, slowing down recruitment processes.
Limited Scalability and Performance Bottlenecks
The existing infrastructure wasn’t designed to support the growing number of websites and users. Several websites suffered from slow load times and inefficient backend processes.

Workwide is a multilingual talent acquisition company helping people find jobs abroad. Before partnering with us, they managed five websites for different countries. As their international presence grew, maintaining and updating these standalone websites became increasingly inefficient. The client sought a more scalable, centralized solution to support their growing business and improve internal workflows. That’s when they turned to us.
