Challenge
The founder of this global platform has been in the Top 1% of USA Real Estate Agents for 20 years and has completed hundreds of transactions. With this extensive background, he aimed to create a global property search platform. After two years of development, his team faced the platform's performance challenges and was referred to us for our technical expertise. Our mission was clear: to enhance platform efficiency and resolve the technical issues.
The client's input
The client came to us with multiple issues: poor web app performance with a 12-second load time, thousands of errors, and hardcoded components that made updates difficult. The design was outdated and inconvenient for users, while the database and third-party integrations were inefficient. Additionally, the project lacked a structured development process and suffered from major technical SEO limitations.
