We developed a mobile app designed to improve the quality of life for seniors and people with disabilities while streamlining the work of social support professionals. The app enables scheduling, client management, communication, reporting, and financial tracking, all in one platform. Built with Flutter, it supports Android and iOS, includes accessibility features, offline mode, and secure data management.

Scope of Work
The project covered the full mobile app lifecycle: discovery, requirement analysis, UX/UI design, cross-platform Flutter development, backend integration with Firestore and serverless functions, implementation of financial tracking, scheduling, notifications, offline support, and deployment on iOS and Android. Continuous QA, accessibility testing, and client feedback cycles were included to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Balancing Needs of Multiple User Types
The app serves both social workers and care beneficiaries, each with different needs and workflows. Mapping user journeys, creating intuitive interfaces, and prioritizing features required thorough research, realistic task flows, and careful UX/UI design to make the app simple yet fully functional for all user types.
Cross-Platform Performance & Accessibility
Designing a Flutter app that performs smoothly on both iOS and Android while supporting seniors and people with disabilities was a key technical challenge. We needed to ensure responsive layouts, offline functionality, secure data handling, and accessibility features such as large fonts, high-contrast modes, and voice-over support without compromising performance.
