Healthcare organizations and veterinary hospitals face growing administrative burdens. Manual note-taking and post-visit documentation can consume hours daily, leading to inefficiency, burnout, and a higher risk of errors in patient records. The client needed an AI-powered medical scribe platform to automate clinical documentation across human and veterinary care, integrate with EMR systems, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 standards.
Solution Requirements
Automate clinical documentation with real-time speech-to-text transcription and structured summaries while ensuring accurate medical and veterinary terminology across languages and accents. Improve efficiency by generating SOAP notes, discharge summaries, and other documents, provide a secure, scalable platform compliant with healthcare regulations, and enable cross-platform access, including mobile support for telemedicine.
