We contributed to building a digital learning platform with 1,300+ courses for e‑training, enhanced by AI-powered coaching. The client had 2 ambitious initiatives: a corporate Academy, and an AI-driven tool for personalized skill development, both still in early development, with scattered templates, and a working MVP. Facing tight timelines and limited internal expertise, the team worked to transform these concepts into a ready products.

The client’s Academy and AI training tool were early-stage, unstructured, and lacked an MVP. They needed senior experts to provide technical and design leadership, build a robust design system, establish workflows, enforce QA, and turn the prototype into a scalable, launch-ready platform.
