Application Recovery and Reverse Engineering
Ollon reverse engineered over 20 separate applications to reconstruct their structure and functionality, enabling the client to regain the ability to maintain its own code.
Application Architecture Mapping
Ollon audited each application by comparing the repository against the live Azure environment, using ILSpy to decompile compiled builds when no matching source existed. The audit provided a system architecture diagram and presentation for the client.
Code Review and Design Review
Ollon reviewed the code and database interactions inside each rebuilt application, identifying undocumented design decisions and shortcuts left by the original outsourced team.
Security Review
Ollon conducted a comprehensive review of the Azure environment, documenting risks and vulnerabilities in a detailed report to enhance PGTI's cybersecurity practices.
Ongoing Fractional DevOps Support
Ollon provided ongoing fractional DevOps support to keep the Azure infrastructure patched, configured, and monitored, ensuring alignment with the applications' functionality.
