*MatterSphere Integration and Client Access Management
Green and Spiegel needed seamless integration between their client portal and existing MatterSphere legal database while managing complex access permissions at both client and matter levels. Ollon developed a custom portal with SQL database integration, automated user provisioning, and 2FA authentication using Google Authenticator for secure client access management.
Digital Questionnaire System and Data Validation Workflow
The firm required dynamic questionnaire functionality with conditional logic, document uploads, and approval workflows to replace paper-based client intake processes. Ollon created fillable forms with save/resume capabilities, automated contact creation in MatterSphere, and case analyst review/approval systems with selective rejection functionality.
Document Management and Progress Tracking Integration
Green and Spiegel needed centralized document storage with MatterSphere integration, preview capabilities, and client progress visibility throughout the immigration process. Ollon implemented multi-document upload functionality, automated email notifications, progress tracking systems, and document preview capabilities within the portal.
Mobile-Responsive Portal with Multi-Device Accessibility
