PepTalk entered the market aiming to support SMBs and enterprises in enhancing their team members’ mental health. From the groundups, PepTalk engaged MobiDev in the development and design of its web and mobile applications. Rooted in behavioral psychology, the platform combines real-time data insights with targeted intervention “action packs”, fostering an optimal environment for project teams to excel. Over nine years, our collaboration with PepTalk evolved from providing consulting support to delivering a new application and continuously developing and enhancing it. The product was warmly received by customers, enabling PepTalk to expand to 19 countries within two years and attract over 15,000 users with its stable web and mobile platform for corporate employee support.

Accomplishments: Collaborated closely with the product owner and team to align technical direction with business goals. Led workload planning, designed the application architecture, and managed multiple successful releases on time. Oversaw task distribution, provided technical guidance, and resolved complex issues to improve overall project efficiency.
