Managing Multi-Stakeholder Real Estate Complexity
Real estate transactions involve disconnected workflows among buyers, agents, lenders, and third parties (inspectors, title companies, attorneys). The client required an intelligent command center that dynamically adapts its interface based on user journey stages. Key hurdles included architecting a deterministic, state-machine-driven transaction engine, coordinating cross-role document handoffs, and eliminating confusion across multi-party approval pipelines.
