Challenge, approach, and impact
Building a Fast-to-Market Exchange
The primary challenge was to build a comprehensive cryptocurrency exchange from scratch without the massive overhead and time typically required for a brand-new marketplace. The client aimed to lower the barrier to entry for non-professional investors in the US while still providing high-level tools for experts. The scope included real-time trading pairs, secure identity verification (KYC), and educational tools to foster trader confidence.
