Built with role-specific dashboards and a step-by-step transaction manager, it simplifies complex document verification and contract routing, accelerating closing timelines with total transparency.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Fragmented Real Estate Workflows
The property market suffers from fragmented communication and isolated workflows for buyers, agents, and lenders. The challenge was to centralize these siloed processes into a single product. The project required an interactive transaction dashboard capable of tracking milestones in real time across multiple distinct user roles, keeping complex, high-stakes state changes and document routing organized and intuitive.
