The PZU Insurance Voice Assistant enables users to conveniently purchase travel insurance policies through AI-driven voice guidance, simplifying the insurance selection process by gathering information, comparing options, and suggesting suitable plans. The project was completed in under six weeks by Miquido's team, involving conversation design, persona development, app creation, and Natural Language Understanding algorithm training.
