The client required a reliable, full-featured digital platform to efficiently manage swimming schools under a multi-tenant SaaS model.
Fragmentation
Existing processes were fragmented, with inconsistent UI/UX and incomplete design assets, making it difficult to scale.

The goal was to create a unified platform with role-based access, customized dashboards, and streamlined communication across schools, instructors, and parents.
