We developed a system where we get together GPS navigation and integrated AI to analyze user preferences, route data, partner affiliations, and real-time deal availability. The team focused on ensuring seamless deal integration into the core navigation and explore features while building prioritization logic for different deal sources.

Approach

AI-driven logic was embedded within the app's route and map recommendation engine. The app prioritizes businesses offering deals—favoring those tied to user-linked partners—and adapts suggestions in real time, based on users' memberships. Explore, route recommendations, and weekly specials were all enhanced using this logic, and deal availability through the app was highly increased, providing users with navigation and special offers in one place.

Solution

The system delivered context-aware recommendations, reduced irrelevant search results, and improved deal visibility from different partners integrated within the app, becoming a unique product.
