Partflow is a bespoke ERP system built for Simpson Partners to manage orders and inventory. Originally designed to track stock movement, it has evolved into the core platform driving the business. Partflow centralises processes, provides real-time visibility of orders and stock, automates manual tasks, and delivers insights that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across the company.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Tracking Stock
We built a system to handle all incoming raw materials and track their progression as they are converted into saleable parts. Partflow follows materials through every stage from raw input, to sub-modules, to full modules before being added to customer orders. This ensures full visibility, accuracy, and traceability across the entire stock and production lifecycle.
