First Stop Health gives employees 24/7 access to doctors, counselors, and wellness coaching. First Factory built the original iOS and Android telemedicine app on React.js, React Native, and Django, then expanded the scope to calendar services, case management, referrals, and custom surveys that reduced dependency on third-party tools.
