First Factory rebuilt ICMEC's case management system on cloud infrastructure and built GMCNgine, an AI search engine using custom facial recognition to find missing children, helping generate over 6 billion alert impressions and close more than 2,000 cases.

A missing child alerting system with global reach
ICMEC needed to rebuild its Case Management system on cloud infrastructure for global use, and wanted to move beyond a passive case database toward an active system that could search for missing children using facial recognition against dark web and big data sources.
