Urgent API Delivery for Parallel Mobile Development
FellTech needed to launch a mobile app while the backend was still under design. This required our team to deliver a functioning API immediately, supporting core data flows, while continuing long-term architectural planning in parallel — without compromising stability or scalability.
Managing Access Across Complex Multi-Tenant Structure
The platform needed to serve multiple user roles, including residents, technicians and housing administrators, with strict access boundaries. This called for robust authorisation logic and an architecture that could support role-based access and future identity federation across tenant organisations.
Handling Real-Time Device Communication at Scale
The solution had to support thousands of IoT devices that continuously transmit telemetry, trigger alarms and sync state changes. We needed to implement a system that guaranteed event consistency and near-instant updates in both the frontend UI and system backend.
