Terra Travel — QA Engineer
Terra Travel is a web application designed for call center operators to book transportation. Operators can create and edit bookings, schedule rides, filter based on different criteria, and export passenger data to Excel. I also worked on the mobile app for passengers and drivers. Passengers can reserve their ride and track the vehicle’s location, while drivers can follow the locations of passengers to pick them up. My role as a QA on this project involved software testing, identifying bugs early in development, retesting bugs, and creating improvement tickets to enhance the user experience. I collaborated closely with other team members, developers, and the product manager to ensure the project’s quality was at its highest level.
