The FreshEarth Ecosystem project aims to create a profitable asset class through regenerative land management, delivering transparent value and lasting environmental and economic impact. As the Lead Product Designer over a six-month period, I was responsible for product discovery, design strategy, UX research, ideation workshop facilitation, and design system management. My role involved collaborating closely with stakeholders, tech leads, and scientists to define user journeys and information architecture. I led the creation of wireframes and user flows, ensuring the design system could scale across various industries, including agriculture and health. Additionally, I addressed UX challenges related to AI-driven solutions and facilitated data entry processes to enhance user experience. The project also encompassed developing intuitive controls and a marketplace for programs and products, tailored to meet the specific needs of each industry.

The "Catalyst Component Library" project involved creating a scalable component library starter template to support multiple brands and themes. As the Product Designer over an eight-month period, I was responsible for system design, UI/UX design, prototyping, and developer handoff. I worked closely with developers to ensure scalability and utilized Figma's variable modes to facilitate seamless theme switching across different brands. The project encompassed designing basic UI components, including various chart variants, and developing dashboard templates for sales demonstrations and specific client use cases. The resulting component library was implemented in alpha testing for one of client's solution, with ongoing enhancements to ensure a smooth user experience and scalability for future clients.
