We partnered with the second-largest trucking company in the U.S. to build TrakPay, a robust commission and operational expenses tracking system. The platform ingests data from deliveries, routes, and fuel expenses to calculate precise, performance-based commissions for each driver. Designed to streamline operations, improve transparency, and empower drivers with real-time financial visibility.

Complex Data Aggregation
Combining high-volume logistics data—routes, mileage, delivery loads—with operational cost inputs like fuel, tolls, and maintenance into a clean, unified model.
Accurate, Transparent Commission Calculations
Developing a flexible rules engine to account for varying pay structures, bonuses, and penalties based on performance and costs.
Driver-Level Financial Visibility
Giving each trucker a personalized dashboard to understand their weekly earnings, deductions, and performance metrics in real time.
