Developing an internal AWS-based application using a MySQL database as a SSOT for company, contact, project, and inventory data, synchronizing information with various SaaS tools via API. The system must automatically gather data from SaaS APIs (Mozenda, Current RMS, QuickBooks Desktop, RingCentral, Sprout Social), CSV files in Dropbox, email capture, and website forms. It should clean and deduplicate data (ETL with AWS Glue), enrich records via APIs, and display information in a CRM-style dashboard with BI and analytics. Additional logic includes scoring records, automating workflows such as email campaigns and internal notifications, and sending updated data back to SaaS tools. Initial work involves assessing AWS services and estimating usage fees before planning development and implementation.

The client faced the challenge of upgrading their legacy manual and offline processes to new digital and emerging technologies and wanted to change the way suppliers, customers, and contractors interact with each other and improve their delivery process. The solution we implemented was a tailor-made web application that digitized the entire business process - CRM, warehouse management, and product delivery tracking.

The financial services company faced performance issues and bottlenecks on its financial platform and was looking for a DevOps partner to increase application performance, stability, and resilience, and reduce operational costs. DATAFOREST performed a technical audit of the current AWS infrastructure, created a bottleneck monitoring system, re-developed inefficient SQL queries and data pipelines, and implemented horizontal scaling and a microservice approach using Docker and Kubernetes.
