The client needed to optimize the work of employees by building a data source integration and reporting system to use at different management levels. Ultimately, we developed a system that unifies relevant data from all sources and stores them in a structured form, which saves more than 900 hours of manual work monthly.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Lack of unified supply chain visibility across systems
The client operated multiple disconnected supply chain systems, each providing partial and delayed data. Inventory levels, shipment statuses, and performance metrics were stored in different sources, making it difficult to get a real-time, consistent view of operations. This fragmentation led to manual reconciliation, slow decision-making, and limited ability to identify bottlenecks or risks across the supply chain in a timely manner.
