Key Challenges Addressed
Pricing analysts depended on complex Excel sheets that only one expert fully understood. FDA posology PDFs required manual interpretation. Pricing data was fragmented across public and private sources, scenario modeling was slow, and no audit trail existed for how cost outputs were generated. A unified, automated solution was needed.
