Key Challenges Addressed
The legacy chatbot operated on a limited 20-column table, produced generic results, and had high cost and latency. It could not support multi-intent or complex regulatory queries and lacked observability, metadata structure, and compliance confidence. The CRO needed broader coverage, accuracy, and a production-ready AI system.
