When I started working with Majusa, a footwear manufacturer in Guatemala, I quickly realized how complex their daily operations were — from raw material control to tracking production stages. My role as the UX designer was to turn that complexity into clarity. I spent time with factory workers, supervisors, and managers to understand their real challenges. From there, I designed an intuitive system that connected every part of the manufacturing process — production, orders, and inventory — into one smooth experience. Seeing how the team adopted the platform and how it simplified their work was one of the most rewarding parts of the project.

When I collaborated with CENDIS, a Central American pharmaceutical distributor, my goal as a UX designer was to simplify how their medical representatives managed sample deliveries and client visits. I designed the prototype of a mobile app that connects directly to the company’s main ERP, Microsoft Business Central. Through field interviews and process mapping, I learned how sales reps handled orders, routes, and follow-ups. The result was an intuitive interface that allows them to plan visits, register deliveries in real time, and synchronize data seamlessly with the ERP — turning what used to be a manual, fragmented process into an efficient digital experience.
