Enera is a web app in the insurance industry, to provide convenient way for Austrian citizens to handle refunds of their medical bills. My contribution - Key developer within a bigger team of devs, designers and product owner. Since it was a greenfield project, I was responsible for co-creating an appropriate database structure, development of the frontend and backend part of the app.

Nutriclub is multi-channel advisory ecosystem providing personalized user experience. It’s target audience are mother and expecting mother, which are looking for reliable and professional source of parenting and baby nutrition advice. The project had two phases: In the years 2018 – 2023 - I was resposbile for building and maintaining the whole multichannel advisory platform using traditional stack (Laravel, PostgreSQL, VueJS). I also created an API for my colleagues for the mobile app. Also I was responsible for mentoring juniors jumping into the project through the years. Since 2023 I was leading the dev team switching the portal into a completely new stack (AEM – Adobe Experience Manager platform, as requested by our client). I extensively communicate with our client and their global team, with other 3rd parties agencies and taking care of a smooth development, serving both as half-project manager and half architect of the whole solution.

A paid product for SW developers that helps build admin panels in Laravel, featuring various modules such as Roles & Permissions Management, Module Generator, Media Management, Localization, and more. My Contribution - Co-founded and kick-started the product up to its first successful v1.0 release, tightly cooperating with product owner. Then transitioned to the supporting consultancy role, mainly securing the smooth user (= developer) experience.
