Dual-User Experience Architecture
The platform needed to serve two distinct user groups - administrators managing loads and carriers - with completely different functional requirements and permission models.
Scalability for Growth
With hundreds of loads monthly and potentially thousands of carriers bidding simultaneously, the system needed to handle high-concurrency bidding, real-time updates, and complex filtering without performance degradation.
Automated Workflow Management
Manual load creation, bid tracking, and assignment decisions created bottlenecks. The system needed to automate routine processes while preserving admin control over critical decisions.
