Transporting load data from Transporeon to the KidTrans platform required reliable, fault-tolerant polling mechanisms with automatic fallback procedures to ensure no loads were lost or duplicated.

The platform needed to serve two distinct user groups - administrators managing loads and carriers bidding for work - with completely different functional requirements and permission models.
