Available via web and mobile apps, it simplifies energy tracking and centralizes multiple services into one intuitive interface, improving efficiency, transparency, and user satisfaction.
Challenge, approach, and impact
Lack of Billing Transparency
Traditional methods of bill explanation-such as phone calls and manual support-were time-consuming, inconsistent, and often confusing for customers, leading to frequent misunderstandings and unnecessary support requests.
Complex Contract Management
Multiple contracts for a single meter-often with different customers within the same month-made billing fragmented and difficult to follow, requiring a smarter way to manage and consolidate contractual obligations.
Inefficient Meter Relocation Process
Meter relocation requests required customers to contact support manually, causing delays and increasing the burden on service teams. A digital solution was needed to simplify and automate this process.
