Challenge and Scope of the Project
The project aimed to elevate the reliability and user experience of an evolving software product. The primary goals were to debug new features, enhance the UX/UI, and extend support for multiple platforms. We at BetterQA took on the challenge, providing a comprehensive QA testing service that included cross-browser testing, bug issue identification, and insightful UX/UI feedback.
