Challenge: In our role as BetterQA, we faced the challenge of providing consistent and reliable QA testing services for a client in the field of SaaS Privacy Management Solutions for SMBs. The key challenge was to ensure the ongoing quality of our client's software as they continually developed new functionality. Scope: Our response to this challenge was to deploy a team of two skilled QA testers who became an integral part of our client's sprint development process. Their primary responsibility was to plan and execute QA testing for new releases as part of the client's ongoing development cycle. The outcome of this partnership was highly positive. BetterQA consistently delivered quality work at a reasonable cost, meeting the client's expectations for both quality and affordability. Effective communication via Microsoft Teams facilitated regular planning meetings and ensured a seamless workflow.
