Challenge and Scope of the Project
The primary challenge for this project was elevating the overall quality of a web-based application integrating BigData and cutting-edge technologies. The application was a complex platform with various modules for different data manipulations. To tackle this, BetterQA deployed a specialized team comprising a team lead and six QA Engineers.
The scope of services provided by BetterQA included meticulous documentation of processes, manual testing throughout the entire software life cycle, and even recruitment testing to bring on board additional quality talent. The team also developed automated scripts and an API testing framework. Further enhancing the project's quality, regular reporting and documentation were part of BetterQA's comprehensive approach.
