Challenge, approach, and impact

Challenge: The primary objective was to significantly improve the quality of services and products, along with optimizing software development processes. Although there had been past collaborations that went smoothly, this project had its unique complexities that demanded specialized solutions. We needed a team that was not just skilled but could also easily align with our work culture and processes. Scope: Given the project's intricate requirements, 2-5 team members were allocated to focus on both automated and manual testing across different areas and projects. These skilled professionals were not just involved in day-to-day QA activities but also in elevating the entire development process, from project management to final implementation.
